Heres How:
Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
- Zesty Seasonings
- Garlic Cloves
- Red Onion
- Celery
- Green Onions
- 1 Bushel of fresh or frozen asparagus
- Baby Bella Mushrooms/or mushrooms of your choice
- Fresh or canned pineapple
- Cup of asian sauce, (ginger soy, teriyaki, sesame or Kung Pao) works best.
- Brown Rice or Quinoa

Notes :

Easy precooked rices blends. I used the TruRoots Brown Rice and Quinoa blend

I used the ginger people ginger/lime for sauce base. also like PF Changs, sauce line. (Sesame and Kung Pao)
Preparation
Turn on a medium heat and add a couple tbsp of olive oil. Slice or mince Garlic cloves and add to skillet, sprinkle in a tbsp of Black Pepper and Zesty Seasonings, (I use a blend) and red onion and cook until the onion starts to look translucent. Add chopped celery, for a quick stir, then add in asparagus. slightly increase heat until asparagus is starting to brown, then add 2 cups of mushrooms, and stir occasionally, I usually add more olive oil to the blend to make sure mushrooms cook evenly. Add Brown Rice / Quinoa, and stir and cook evenly. Add a cup of fresh pineapple, a cup of chopped green onions and 1 cup of asian sauce and reduce heat. Fantastic!! Tangy, Sweet, and Tasty.
