"The Mango Fuoco"
Combustible Cocktail : Tang Mango and Spicy Pepper Sipper
Ingredients
- -Choose Between:
- 1)Casamigos Silver Tequila OR:
- 2) Ketel One Vodka
- Serrano or Jalapeno pepper
- Mango Puree
- Fresh Lime Juice
- Fresh Lemon Juice
- Fresh Orange Juice
- Tahin Chili Spice
- Optional: Dried Mango Slices

Preparation
Cut Serrano or Jalapeño pepper into smaller slices. ( I found that a little of both types really give this drink a good zing and good flavor). The Serrano will have more heat, where the jalapeño is a little milder w peppery flavors. ( I personally use a little of both). Muddle and crush Peppers in the bottom of a cocktail tin. This allows the juices and seeds to release the capsaicin in the pepper. Next Pick your Poison. ( I prefer the Silver Tequila but the Vodka also works very well with this drink for you Vodka Lovers or Non- Tequila Drinkers). I also like my drinks just a touch stronger so I use 2 ounces of the spirit. You can also use 1 1/2 or 1 1/4 oz pour. Next add 1 1/4 oz of Mango puree, 1/2 oz of Lime Juice, 1/2 oz of Lemon juice, and 1/2 oz or Orange juice. ( I use fresh lemons and limes but you can you fresh oranges or a good brand name OJ). Rim your choice of glass w Tajin Chili Spice, add ice to glass and to the cocktail tin and shake it. Pour and Enjoy!!! Garnish w ends of pepper or a Dried Mango slice!!!!
