Here's How:
Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
- Paprika
- Oat milk or Almond milk
- Vegetable Stock
- Asparagus
- White Cannelini Beans
- Pine Nuts or Sunflower Seeds

Preparation
In Blender place 2 bushels of fresh cut Asparagus and White Cannelini Beans. (I used canned beans here). Add 2 tbsp of Olive oil, and I cup of vegetable Stock and blend until fine. Pour mixture from blender into saucepan and apply medium heat. Once in Saucepan add 1 tbsp of Black Pepper and 1 cup of Oat milk or Almond milk to the Soup. Simmer. Serve in Bowl, add fresh cut Asparagus Spears, Black Pepper , sprinkle of Paprika, and Sunflower seeds for a little crunch. ( Pumpkin Seeds are great as well as Pine nuts. ) Great for a simple fresh Hot Soup on a Chilly day or evening. Boun Apetito!
